Standard Shipping is FREE anywhere in the lower 48 States, excluding US Territories. Once you’ve placed your order, we typically ship next business day, or even same business day if an order is received prior to 10am PST. Sometimes snow and local holidays mean that packages are unable to be picked up, so if you’re in a particular hurry please call us 714-721-4268 to make alternative arrangements. We’re happy to ship via the many other express options available, but we’re unable to cover the cost of these services. As soon as your order is processed, you will be emailed with the tracking number.
Here at Hip-o we work hard to confirm we’ve packed your order with caring attention, to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged, we will make good and replace them at no cost provided you let us know within 2 business days. It’s also pretty unlikely that you will not love your purchase, as our images are not photoshopped or touched up and the dimensions are accurate. However, if you should decide that our products aren’t for you, we’d like to let you know that unlike other retailers, we don’t charge restocking fees. And lastly, since we cover the cost to ship items to you, the cost of return shipping is yours. A full refund will be provided once the items are received back in new condition.
